I don't know who got the idea of putting lenses on our eyes so we can see, but I'm really glad they did. I have worn glasses since I was 5 years old. Maybe you have, too. Did you feel a little awkward in them? Did you worry about being hit by a ball when you were out on the playground? And swimming! That was a nightmare. I couldn't see a thing without my glasses. It was just no fun to be around a pool where my glasses would get all splashed with water.

Your whole face looks different. It really opens you up. I know from my own experience that no one really hides behind glasses when it's the only way to see, but you will feel much freer in contacts.

Do you know when I really appreciate my contacts the most? When I'm being intimate with my lover. Trust me, if you've gone through deciding whether to see or not in bed, and fumbled with your glasses falling off sometimes, you will be so grateful for your contacts.
